With gameweek 7 now complete we are nearly a quarter of the way through the season. Therefore we should be starting to see a number of players standing out from the pack in terms of fantasy points.
If you still have plenty of trades available then it may well be time to bring in those players offering good value and take out anyone who is underperforming or injured.
Each players score week-by-week is available on the website via the below link but the top performing forwards are below to help –
- Marc-Olivier Vallerand (9.5M value) – 200 points – Vallerand has been a constant around the top of the scoring charts for every season in the Elite League and this year is no different. Priced as one of the best players in the game he has shown he can set-up as well as score and forms a major part of Sheffield’s offence.
- Scott Conway (6.5M value) – 198 points – Conway has exceeded his pre-season value of 6.5M after playing centre on one of the hottest forward lines in the league with David Goodwin and fellow top three scorer J.J. Piccinich. After showing flashes of what he can do for the GB team he has settled into the league quickly after his first few professional years in North America.
- J.J. Piccinich (7.5M value) – 177 points – with the injuries to Ben Lake and Darcy Murphy, Belfast needed some of the other forwards to step-up in terms of ice time and production. Piccinich has done just that putting up points each week with an average of 25 per week. If the line keeps performing then trading in one or more of the players is a must for all fantasy managers.
Form players –
Matias Sointu (7.0M value) – average of 37 points per gameweek over the last three gameweeks.
Adam Brady (7.5M value) – average of 35 points per gameweek over the last three gameweeks.
Charlie Combs (5.0M value) – average of 28 points per gameweek over the last three gameweeks.
