After six gameweeks are now complete we are now down to our final four in this year’s FHL UK Cup.
First semi-final – two form teams within the league who have been moving up the standings every week.
Puck Power – Darryl – currently 17th in the league after three strong gameweeks have pushed them steadily up the league. A shrewd move is keeping the leagues top goal scorer Brodie Reid as captain with Cardiff playing three times this week.
Latvian Hawks – James Brodie – the outsider of the four teams left, currently being 23rd in the league. However the Hawks have improved their league position every week from gameweek 2 onwards when they were 148th. No trades or changes have been made to this weeks roster so Scott Conway keeps the captaincy.
Second semi-final – it is the tie of the round with two of the top 10 teams in the league going head-to-head.
Dronny Steelers – Alex Smith – 10th place in the league with a team with very few changes across the last few weeks, meaning consistent point scoring is a strength. Marc-Olivier Vallerand is captain for this week and has a home and home series against the Coventry Blaze.
Oeppen – Luke Oeppen – current favourite for the cup as they are flying high in 5th place in the league. Have made multiple trades for this gameweek in preparation for the semi-finals, one of which is bringing in Scott Conway as captain.
