The Elite League regular season is now over and that means the end of the FHL UK League for the 2022/23 season and we can crown our champion.
Jon Newbould has once again claimed the FHL UK League trophy after amassing 10,771.5 points across the season at an average of 359.1 per game week. This season was a lot closer though with Alan’s team “Storm63” emerging from the pack with a late season push for the title. He needed to outscore “Yuill Ruddy Bast Ehrhardt” by 87 points in the last week to claim the title but was only able to pick up an extra 8.7 points in a low scoring game week.
The rest of the top 5 are below, so congratulations to Andrew Dean, Tom Coleman and Lucy Anne Rutter who all had fantastic seasons.
Over the season we have had 213 valid teams who were scoring points, so a big thanks to everyone who has entered. The FHL UK team spend quite a bit of time each week to ensure the game runs as smoothly as possible whilst bringing as you as many score updates as we can. It therefore makes the time we put into the game worth it when we see so many people taking part. We will therefore be sending out a link to a quick survey shortly to try and find out what you like or didn’t like from the game this season, so we can look to make some improvements over the summer.
