With all the games complete in week 3, the scores for the qualifying round of the FHL UK Cup are now complete. All the winners will go through to the first round of the cup along with the teams who received a bye.
A quick glance at the results show a few really close ties with “Blazing or Bust!” beating “Stuts” by just 0.1 point, or by one save from one of their goalies. Another team scraping through by 0.1 points was “The Toothless Boys” who beat “Kings”.
Also “Nashua Beef” go through to the next round having beat “Not a Clue” by 1 point. Unlucky loser of the round is the “Swadlincote Ducks” who scored 213.6 points for the week but were unfortunate to be beaten by “Sporting Les” and their 223.7 points.
The draw for the next round will be later today with the cup tab of the portal showing all the fixtures.
