Player Scores
The player scores have now been updated after week 10, unless there are changes to the game sheets prior to the week change on Tuesday night.
The players that had three games over the last week started to rise to the top of the scoring with lots of Guildford and Cardiff players in the top 10. Top scorer was Marcus Crawford who scored a huge 71 points over his three games. His six points (1 goal and 5 assists) was boosted by having two of his assists on the powerplay. After Crawford we have four Guildford players with Ryan Hughes (53 points), Ryan Tait (52 points), Peter Crinella (50 points) and Bradley Lalonde (43 points). Ben Bowns claims the honours as the top goalie with 38.3 points thanks to his shutout win on Sunday.
Crawford’s great week takes him to the top of the overall scoring now with 219 points. Drydn Dow is fairly close in second with 209 points. Guildford pair Peter Crinella and Ryan Tait both move into the top 5. Ben Bowns has also overtaken Matt Greenfield as the top goalie, although it is just by a single point.

League Standings
We had some high scores this week with plenty of games played. Tom Coleman’s “Maple Flames” scored a huge 390.3 points to claim the weekly honours and also move him to the top of the league standings. He did it by having his team full of players who were playing three times and having a brilliant captains pick. Peter Crinella added 100 points to the team total, doubling his 50 points for the week, and if you add the 71 points from Marcus Crawford and 37 from Cole Sanford then you are close to 200 points overall already. Good weeks from Spencer Naas, Lewis Hook, Tyler Beskorowany and Nate Kallen all added over 20 points each to the total score.
As mentioned, “Maple Flames” now move to the top of the table where they have a 16 point lead over “Brexit Hockey”, who were also the second highest scorers of the week. Last weeks league leaders “The Kessel Run” move down to third despite having the ninth highest score of the week. In our regular double-champ watch, our winner from the last two years is now up to fourth place overall after picking up 359.8 points in the game week. “Sick as a Parrottino” are the final team to get over 2,300 points for the season so far.
After every five weeks we have our monthly winner who claims a FHL UK branded puck. Ben Millard’s “Brexit Hockey” are the winner from game weeks 6-10 with 1,266.8 points. The only other teams to have over 1,200 points were “Tiny Ted’s Titans” with 1,216.0 and “Maple Flames” with 1,214.0
Roster Moves
We’ve had just the one new signing this week with Bobby MacIntyre joining the Belfast Giants who have injury issues who has likely contributed to them struggling for form lately. Bobby joins after spending the last three years in Scandinavia, with two of those being at Frisk Asker in Norway. Out of junior hockey he had three seasons in the US with a particular strong 51 points in the ECHL in 2019/20 before making the move to Europe. He made an immediate impact scoring 33 points in just 23 games before slowing down slightly in the last couple of seasons. At only 27 though he is still in his prime years and picked up two assists over his first weekend in the Elite League. Bobby is added into the game with a 8.0M value
There has been some departures over the last week with Kameron Kielly, Johnny Walker, Josh Burnside and Adam Holwell all leaving their respective teams. If you have any of these players in your team then it’s time to bring in a new signing to freshen your roster up.
Matt Greenfield remains the most selected player in the game with him now being in 122 teams. He is now the only player to have over 100 selections as both Daniel Tedesco and Tyler Beskorowany have been traded out by seven teams over the last week to drop to 96 and 95 selections respectively.
Kyle Osterberg’s strong game week 9 lead him to be traded into a further 10 teams for week 10. This takes him to 38 selections overall when he was in just 15 teams at the start of the year. Drydn Dow’s good form see’s him added to a further 7 teams over the last week with Robert Lachowicz being traded in by 6 teams.
On the other side, four GM’s will be regretting their decision to trade away Bradley Lalonde for week 10 after he scored 43 points.
Upcoming Fixtures
We have a few teams this week playing more than the standard two games. Sheffield start the week on Wednesday hosting the Storm in the cup, before travelling to Dundee and Belfast over the weekend. Dundee and Cardiff also have three games over the week and they start by playing each other on Wednesday in Dundee. They then both have games against the Panthers on the weekend.
Elsewhere the Clan play host to Belfast on Friday night before travelling to Manchester on Saturday for Storm’s only game of the weekend. Coventry make the trip up to Fife on Saturday before hosting the Devils on Sunday.
After Guildford have had multiple weeks in a row playing three games, they are now back down to just the one game this week, which is at home to Fife on Sunday.
Don’t forget you can make trades for week 11 up until the trade deadline at midnight on Tuesday night.
