The FHL UK Shield Competition will be starting early in 2024. The format will be the similar to last season with a number of group fixtures to decide who will make it through to the knockout rounds.
Further details will be released over the coming weeks once we have the final number of teams taking part. Let’s see if Jon Newbould can defend the cup he won last year!
