This season our scouting department will be giving an update prior to the start of each game week to give you all the information you need to get your team top of the standings.
Roster Moves
The only roster move this week was Guildford releasing defenceman Charlie Dodero, who was their top scoring defenceman so far this season. There are 42 GM’s who had him in their team last week who will now need to look for a replacement.
The most traded for player this week is once again Nottingham goalie Jason Grande who continues his strong form since he signed. He is averaging over 30 points per week at a bargain price of 7.0M as it was initially thought Ryan Bednard would be back from injury sooner and taking some ice time away. Two of Grande’s team mates are the next most traded for players with Cooper Zech having four selections and Didrik Henbrant having three selections. Alexis D’Aoust, Chase Gresock and Mitchell Heard also had an additional three selections each in the last week.
On the other side we have four players who have each been traded away by three GM’s. Guildford defensive duo Charlie Dodero, Mike Crocock were joined by Jake Durflinger and Kevin Tansey.
Who’s Hot?
We have four weeks remaining in league play so you can’t afford to be playing the long game when making our trades. You need to be picking up who is in form right now, so lets look at the top scorers over the last 3 weeks –
Jason Grande – Nottingham – 130 points
Cole Ully – Glasgow – 116 points
Alexis D’Aoust – Manchester – 107 points
Evan Mosey – Cardiff – 97 points
Joey Martin – Cardiff – 94 points
Drydn Dow – Dundee – 93 points
Cameron Critchlow – Manchester – 91 points
Mat Robson – Coventry – 82 points
Spencer Naas – Dundee – 82 points
Tim Doherty – Nottingham – 80 points
Our pick last week was Alexis D’Aoust who picked up a good 35 points
